⚠️ Important Information – Please Read

While MDF is a stable core material, thin 1/8" sheets can still develop slight bowing from humidity changes. To keep your sheets flat and ready for the laser:

• Store flat in a consistent, dry environment

• Add a small amount of weight on top of the stack

• Pin down to your laser’s honeycomb bed for perfect focus

Because this is a natural wood product, expect minor variations in grain and color — each sheet is unique and adds authentic character to your work.

💡 Pro Tip from Laser Garage

If your shop experiences humidity swings, store these sheets with a desiccant pack or inside plastic wrap to maintain flatness and prevent warping. We personally follow this routine in our own laser shop and see excellent results over time.
