These new waste board slats for you Shapeoko 5 Pro 2'x4' are upgraded with 120 M5 threaded inserts for extra clamping capability and 8 20mm dog holes (dogs not included but sold separately) for fence & positioning options. Slate are made from 1" thick ultralight MDF to give you more surfacing attempts versus the stock 3/4" slats. Also available in 2’x2’ version but sorry, 4’x4’ is not availble at this time.

This is a physical product, not a digital file. Includes 12 slats for use on the Shapeoko 5 Pro 2'x4' CNC. No modification to the machine is needed. These simply replace the stock machine slats and offer more versatility. After installation I recommend a light surfacing pass to flatten waste board surface. DOGS SHOWN IN PHOTOS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH EITHER SLAT OPTION but sold separately if interested but any standard 20mm dogs will fit.
